  • Celia started her career in New Zealand before moving on to Melbourne, Sydney, London, New York and Paris where she expanded her involvement in craft beverage culture and went on to work with brands as an Global Manager before moving to Singapore to found Compound Collective and launch Barbary Coast.

    She has hands-on experience with commercial product research, development and innovation, and has spent time across five continents where she has been involved in large scale production and molecular stabilisation. She has extensive design experience and utilises it daily. She is currently leading the expansion for Compound Collective.

    When she is not on the road as CEO or developing flavours for Division C, Celia can be found at the company laboratory, hydrometer in hand.

  • Moving from the Czech Republic to London to further his hospitality career, Roman joined the legendary team at Artesian in the Langham Hotel which gained global recognition and prestige as the number one bar on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, for four consecutive years. During his time at Artesian Roman was recognised in Forbes 30 under 30

    After London Roman moved to Singapore to join the opening team of Atlas as Head Bartender - Atlas achieved the Highest New Entry on the World’s 50 best list in 2017 and ranked in the Top 10 in 2018. Working at the cutting edge of the hospitality industry Roman acts as the Head of Education for The Compound Collective.

    When Roman is in Singapore he can be found at Revival with a Tommy's Margarita in hand.

  • Kristine’s background within the US hospitality industry runs the gamut from front-of-house to back, from Michelin Star fine dining to 5-star dive bars. Holding creative positions such as Pastry Chef and Sommelier, as well as numbers-oriented jobs like General Manager and Controller give her a uniquely well-rounded understanding of the business and what it takes to thrive in an uber-competitive market.

    Between owning her own venture, being Beverage Director at Four Seasons and taking time to travel, Kristine has invaluable insights into culture, creative technique, ingredient sourcing and hospitality styles.

    When Kristine is in L.A. you can find her walking the beach, camera in hand.

  • Melody Harper’s eye for detail and elevated taste level have been the foundation of her multi-faceted career. Once she moved to Asia, she began to shine in the interior styling world, drawing her inspiration from her passion for travel and cultures exploration.

    She has worked on projects from Singapore to Hong Kong, Sydney to Miami, using her sourcing knowledge and project management experience to provide exceptional benefits to clients while adhering to their unique vision and budget. She founded The Finer Things to help carry on her vision.

    When Melody is not styling our newest project she can be found on Florida's Sunshine Coast - Champagne in hand.
